What is it about?

​Cost allocation methodologies and Tariffs for Incremental capacity


From 18 July 2013 to 17 September 2013 the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) is running a public consultation on the Draft Framework Guidelines on rules regarding harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas, focusing on Cost allocation and the determination of the reference price as well as on the delineation of Tariff rules applicable for Incremental capacity. The consultation will allow stakeholders to assess policy proposals by answering to the relevant questions of the online questionnaire. The deadline for receiving responses is 17th of September 2013, 23:59 CET.

The draft Framework Guidelines, which ACER is preparing pursuant to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 and on the basis of requests from the European Commission dated 29 June 2012 and 15 March 2013, shall be finalised by 30 November 2013 to serve as a basis for ENTSOG’s subsequent network code development.
