In October 2018, the Agency was informed by all regulatory authorities that they could not approve the proposal by all Transmission System Operators' (TSOs) for amendments to the determination of capacity calculation regions in accordance with Article 15 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation). The Agency was therefore asked to adopt a decision concerning this proposal for amendments in accordance with Article 9(11) of Regulation (EU) 2015/1222.
To take an informed decision on the proposal for amendments, the Agency seeks the comments of interested stakeholders on the Agency's proposed amendments to the TSOs' proposal.
All interested stakeholders are invited to submit their comments by 17 February 2019, 23:59 hrs (CET).
