Implementation framework for RR platform

Pursuant to Article 19(1) of the EB Regulation, all TSOs performing the reserve replacement process pursuant to Part IV of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SO Regulation) need to develop a proposal for the implementation framework for a European platform for the exchange of balancing energy from replacement reserves, and submit it to all regulatory authorities for approval and to the Agency for information.

Implementation framework for mFRR platform

Pursuant to Article 20(1) of the EB Regulation, all TSOs need to develop a proposal for the implementation framework for a European platform for the exchange of balancing energy from frequency restoration reserves with manual activation and submit it to all regulatory authorities for approval and to the Agency for information.

Implementation framework for aFRR platform

Pursuant to Article 21(1) of the EB Regulation, all TSOs need to develop a proposal for the implementation framework for a European platform for the exchange of balancing energy from frequency restoration reserves with automatic activation and submit it to all regulatory authorities for approval and to the Agency for information.

Implementation framework for the imbalance netting platform

Pursuant to Article 22(1) of the EB Regulation, all TSOs need to develop a proposal for the implementation framework for a European platform for the imbalance netting process, and submit it to all regulatory authorities for approval and to the Agency for information.
