PC_2020_E_18 Public Consultation on all NEMOs’ proposal for products that can be taken into account in day-ahead coupling

​​​​​​​​​​​The European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) launches today a public ​consultation on the proposal on products that can be taken into account in day-ahead coupling made by all Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs). 

The consultation is carried out in accordance with Article 40 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.

To take an informed decision on the day-ahead products proposal, ACER seeks the comments of all interested stakeholders.

All interested parties are invited to submit their comments by 27 October 2020, 23:59 hrs (CET).
