ACER recommends the adoption of the Network Code for Requirements for Grid Connection Applicable to all Generators

On 25 March 2013, ACER adopted a recommendation for the adoption of the Network Code for Requirements for Grid Connection Applicable to all Generators by the European Commission, which is subject to amendments to the significance test for emerging technologies.
ACER also raised concerns on the drafting of the provisions in the Network Code related to the national scrutiny of requirements in case a TSO-is granted public authority or decision competence according to national law.
